[NgxCore] Deprecate the old window service and use new one

The ngx-core package now provides a new version of the WindowService, called NgxWindowService. ngx-core has been published and can be installed as a dependency in the other packages.

The following steps need to be taken:

1. Mark the original WindowService in the ngx-utils package as deprecated in favour of the NgxWindowService
2. Look at the other packages where the window/document or a window service is used and replace it with the NgxWindowService from the published packaged (not the internal package, but @studiohyperdrive/ngx-core)
