Summary
Context: we haven't been triggering coveralls in our CI since June, when we switched to Github Actions. We hadn't really been acting on any insights from it and it was more trouble than it was worth.
Still, it's been hanging out in our devDependencies. Dependabot today is warning about one of coveralls transitive dependencies, so to fix it, I prepared this PR to excise coveralls from our codebase entirely.
