🔀 Multi-repo context stranske/Template, stranske/Workflows

[::stranske/Template::] In the PR branch, .github/workflows/maint-76-claude-code-review.yml:192 still pins anthropics/claude-code-action to 428971d2ecd6e3a7cb0ee0da2a3a8b33fdb3678 # v1, so this repo has the same workflow step that the digest update targets.

[::stranske/Workflows::] On the refs/pull/2538/head ref, .github/sync-manifest.yml:122 declares .github/workflows/maint-76-claude-code-review.yml as a synced source, and docs/HISTORY.md:159 / docs/HISTORY.md:466 explicitly describe consumer-side maint-76-claude-code-review.yml usage. That means this pinned action change is intended to propagate to consumers and should be kept in sync there.

P1 Badge Update the synced workflow source first

AGENTS.md says synced workflows are managed through stranske/Workflows and that synced files must be fixed in Workflows first. I checked the Workflows sync manifest and it lists this workflow, while the current Workflows template still pins 428971d; updating only this consumer copy means the next consumer sync can overwrite this line back to the old digest and other consumers will not receive the dependency update. Please update the Workflows template source and then sync this repo.

Owner

Closing as superseded by the Workflows source update (stranske/Workflows#2538). This file is managed from stranske/Workflows and should be replaced by the next Maint 68 sync wave.
