Description

Add code infrastructure to be able to run a set of tests against all providers.

I needed to run some code against all providers and rather than continuing to copy/paste it locally, set us up for running a test or set of tests against all providers. The only test added so far is one that validates that models can be constructed but it sets us up for success later.
