feat(multi-agent): introduce Graph multi-agent orchestrator

Description

• Introduce Graph multi-agent orchestrator
• Add agent_id optional string parameter to Agent class
• Add a2a back to default hatch commands like hatch run test-lint and hatch test
• Add all optional dependency that installs all the things

• Concurrent execution of nodes
