What I did

This PR adds the web-components-runtime-manifest automigration.

It moves a Web Components project from the deprecated runtime setCustomElementsManifest() / setCustomElements() call in .storybook/preview.* to the server-side framework.options.customElementsManifest, which the docgen server reads.

What it does

Applies when
- the project is Web Components
- the preview calls setCustomElementsManifest() or setCustomElements()
- features.docgenServer is not explicitly false
Finds the manifest, first hit wins
- the JSON file the preview imports
- package.json "customElements" (main is then left alone)
- a single custom-elements.json in the workspace
- none, or several, or not a real CEM → declines with a warning
Edits main
- framework.options.customElementsManifest =
Edits preview
- removes the call, its import, and the JSON import if unused
- call inside a helper → left alone, warns to remove it by hand

Refactor

The preview-call stripping that angular-vite-remove-compodoc used is now a shared helper, helpers/preview-call.ts, used by both fixes. The only behavioural difference for compodoc is theoretical: a setCompodocJson argument imported from @storybook/addon-docs/angular would now be droppable, which cannot occur in practice. Its tests pass unchanged.
readJsonFile and findWorkspaceFiles moved out of the Angular workspace module into helpers/workspace-files.ts, since neither is Angular-specific.
