Hmm @ndelangen I think we need to change @next to @latest whenever we are running via npx. Otherwise it will run the user's installed version.

I noticed the
MIGRATION.mdfile mentions@nexta lot. I checked with @shilman and we agreed those references need to be removed.changes documentation only
