What I did

Adds a link to storybook.new to the issue template.

I kept the existing instructions as well, in case folks prefer to create a new repo manually.

We might want to also mention it in https://storybook.js.org/docs/react/contribute/how-to-reproduce, but I'll leave that up to @jonniebigodes.

How to test

Checklist

  • Make sure your changes are tested (stories and/or unit, integration, or end-to-end tests)
  • Make sure to add/update documentation regarding your changes
