Add ollama support

I wanted to add local GPU LLM to zsh-llm-suggestions. Here is an attempt.

After installing https://github.com/ollama/ollama, and starting it...

$ ./zsh-llm-suggestions-ollama.py setup
Successfully generated zsh-llm-suggesions-generate ollma profile.
Successfully generated zsh-llm-suggesions-explain ollma profile.

$ ./zsh-llm-suggestions-ollama.py generate <<<'rotate my mp4 video by 90 degrees using ffmpeg'
ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vf "hflip" output.mp4
