Bump gnosis-chain-configs to 4c918f0 (gnosischain/configs#47). Epoch: 1353216, Slot: 21651456 UTC: Mon Mar 16 2026 09:33:00 Matches Nethermind (v1.36.1) and Erigon (erigontech/erigon#19681).
