prebuild-installis skipping the download when using npm 7+ .prebuild-installfixed the problem in v6.0.0 ( prebuild/prebuild-install@b6f3b36 ). I went all the way to v7 because I did not see any breaking changes.I'm unsure of the best way to verify that this is a safe change, but wanted to start the conversation.
