The £ character in diffs is rendered £

I came here because Claude Code wouldn't load pages from my development server because it doesn't run HTTPS. Nice to have an agent that is not trying to protect me from myself.

You're right, I had thought that the pound sign was a single byte in UTF-8, but it's two bytes, and £ Is exactly what you'd expect when rendering it as ASCII. I'll close this issue in favour of the existing one.
