How to make EverythingToolbar compatible with Files

• Files, a modern file manager that I am trying to use
• EverythingToolbar, an aid to Everything
• qttabbar, a tool that allows you to use tab multi label function in Windows Explorer

Problem

What I've done

1.I already installed Files, EverythingToolbar, qtttabbar
2. Set Files as the default file manager

4.Multi-tab feature in qttabbar is turned off to avoid conflicts

It supposed to

1.When I trigger EverythingToolbar, type and search for a folder
2.I click on the folder, it should trigger Files and open that folder in Files

What I get

I click on the folder from EverythingToolbar , it still trigger default Windows Explorer instead of Files.
Shortcut "Win+E" triggers Files as it supposed to be.

More Info

1. A similar compatibility discussion, so it seems related to handling of third party file explorers. I try to set q-dir as default file manager, it works(EverythingToolbar trigger q-dir)
2. When I set Files as the default file manager, Windows will pop-up a Registry change confirmation. I guess q-dir and Files differ in the way to set itself as the default file manager.
