A list of files and what they do:

build_docker_ffmpeg.sh - build a docker image to use for video transcoding
current_ffmpeg.sh - the ffmpeg transcoder in use right now
Dockerfile_ffmpeg - the docker file which is used for the transcoding
ffmpeg_fixed_camera.sh - the ffmpeg transcoder for the HD camera
ffmpeg_ptz_camera.sh - the ffmpeg transcoder for the higher resolution camera
run_docker_ffmpeg.sh - start the docker image
run_docker_test.sh - run the docer image but set the entrypoint to /bin/bash
start_ffmpeg.sh - the entrypoint file for the docker image
