The patch release to v0.3 is postponed and may be skipped in favor of going straight to v0.4. If you need some of these changes on crates.io sooner, please respond, open an issue, or reach out directly.

I wonder if a v0.4 release might include bumps to the dependencies on k256 (0.8 -> 0.10.2), p256 (0.8 -> 0.10.1), and bitvec (0.20 -> 0.22)?

The reason I ask in the context of a v0.4 is that I believe those version bumps come with a version bump to funty, which has had some compatibility problems (see ferrilab/funty#3) and it seems like biting the bullet as early as possible will prevent headaches down the road with having to e.g. maintain forks of old versions of various dependencies.
