SimpleMappingExceptionResolver - provide access to the request in getModelAndView [SPR-1707]

It would be nice to have the request available in the method getModelAndView.
This would help to provide some details of the request or session on the error page that are not available in the exception.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've added a corresponding overloaded "getModelAndView" method with HttpServletRequest argument to SimpleMappingExceptionResolver.
