update for JMX remote connectors [SPR-977]

I have updated the JSR-160 connectors from the JMX documentation. Unfortunatelly I don't know how to generate a valid docbook document so I attached the initial word document along with the exported XML.

The reference documentation is not updated - the value of the remote connectors is still wrong in the reference documentation.
