StompSubProtocolHandler supports Stomp 1.1 and 1.2 not 1.0 [SPR-17258]

According to the javadoc of StompSubProtocolHandler it should support Stomp 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. However looking at the sources it only supports 1.1 and 1.2.
