Docs for WebTestClient are pretty thin [SPR-16009] #20558

Description

Dave Syer opened SPR-16009 and commented

The only content I found in the user guide was here: https://docs.spring.io/spring-framework/docs/5.0.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT/spring-framework-reference/html/web-reactive.html#web-reactive-tests. It is basically a single paragraph describing broadly what you can do, but not how. Seems a bit thin to me. I have no idea how to write a test that doesn't use the full HTTP stack, for instance, even though I am assured that it is possible.

Affects: 5.0 RC4
