WebFilter X-Forwarded Support [SPR-15351]

It would be good to explore providing WebFilter to support X-Forwarded Support. Somewhat related, it would be nice if there was a method to determine if the request is secure on ServerHttpRequest vs having to use:

String scheme = exchange.getRequest().getURI().getScheme();
boolean isSecure = scheme != null && scheme.equalsIgnoreCase(scheme);
