Support of SQL warnings in ScriptUtils [SPR-13959]

As long as the ScriptUtils is called in the background of ResourceDatabasePopulator, it would be very helpful to have a possibility to log SQL warnings after the stmt.execute(statement) in ScriptUtils.executeSqlScript is performed.

In JdbcTemplate, we just log such warnings at debug level (by default), or consider them as fatal state right away (depending on the ignoreWarnings flag).

Would debug-level logging be good enough for your purposes here as well?
