Status Quo

AnnotationUtils currently provides getRepeatableAnnotations() and getDeclaredRepeatableAnnotations() methods that support get search semantics.

#18545 introduces new findMergedRepeatableAnnotations(..) methods in AnnotatedElementUtils which implement find semantics for repeatable annotations.

I have therefore decided to resolve this issue as a Duplicate.
