Consistent warn logging without stacktrace in Portlet HandlerExceptionResolver [SPR-13611]

While the Servlet version of AbstractHandlerExceptionResolver logs a concise warn entry with a flattened exception message, the Portlet version of that class still logs the full stacktrace. We should finally align this, since the stacktrace really is too much here.
