Add Hibernate5Module to Jackson2ObjectMapperBuilder's well known modules [SPR-13355]

Jackson2ObjectMapperBuilder.registerWellKnownModulesIfAvailable should register Hibernate5Module if it's available. Jackson's behavior isn't quite as one would expect (at least, it surprised me a bit) without it, so it would be nice for it to be included automatically.

I think we may want to disable Feature.USE_TRANSIENT_ANNOTATION and enable Feature.FORCE_LAZY_LOADING - I find such a configuration to be much more expected. However, my PR just does the default configuration.

I resolve this issue as "Won't Fix" since it is superseded by #17990, which is now fixed.
