Seems to have been a temporary glitch, since the URL works fine now...

Actually this is not a glitch. We forgot to create the 4.2 version of several XSDs (spring-tx being one of them) and the symbolic job failed for those since it couldn't find the file.

I've added the missing XSDs in a3f39d52 and I've fixed the links manually on the server to point to 4.1 for the time being.

Ah ok, good catch. So spring-tx.xsd was resolvable from the jars at runtime but not downloadable from the HTTP server? I wasn't aware that we have hard pointers to the 4.2 xsds externally... The local spring.schemas files simply kept pointing to the 4.1 versions, after all?

Yes and 4.2.1 will fix that. It's not that we have hard pointers to the 4.2 xsds. When we release a process creates a symbolic link to the latest XSD. In this case the symbolic spring-tx.xsd was pointing to spring-tx-4.2.xsd but it does not exist. Hence the error. I just fixed those links manually to point to 4.1 instead.
