Update MVC namespace to match improvements made to the Java config in RC2 [SPR-12129]

Some useful improvements were made to the Java config for RC2 as part of #16598. For example the registration of CachingResourceResolver/Transformer, PathResourceResolver is automatically filled in if not done by the application. Also the registration of a VersionResourceResolver is aided through the addXxxVersionStrategy methods.
