Incorrect documentation for AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer.getServletConfigClasses() [SPR-12028] #16644

The documentation says the return value of this method cannot be null or empty. However that is not true. The caller already checks if the return value is null/empty and indeed returning null from an implementation works fine.
Please correct the documentation.
