ServletUriComponentsBuilder should consider X-Forwarded-Host [SPR-11855]

See this change in Spring HATEOAS. An X-Forwarded-Port has to trump a potentially available attached port in X-Forwarded-Host. IIRC, the latter is really only allowed to contain the host name.
