No way to set virtual host in StompBrokerRelayMessageHandler [SPR-11433]

while [SP-109555] puts a setVirtualHost() method in StompBrokerRelayMessageHandler, StompBrokerRelayRegistration does not provide any method to expose it.
This means there is no real way to set the virtual host on StompBrokerRelayMessageHandler making it impossible to use services like CloudAMQP which require one
