GenericTypeResolver.resolveTypeArguments(…) returns Object for raw types [SPR-11052]

If you call GenericTypeResolver.resolveTypeArguments(Map.class, Map.class) on a Spring 3.x you get null returned as the first Map parameter is a raw type effectively. With Spring 4 snapshots we get back [Object.class, Object.class] which effectively disables the detection of a raw type against a type explicitly typed to Object.

Fixed. Note that the related scenario in #15658 isn't quite correct: resolveTypeArguments needs to return null there as well (although not fail with an NPE internally, of course), which it does now.
