As discussed in http://blog.springsource.org/2013/07/24/spring-framework-4-0-m2-websocket-messaging-architectures/#comment-359681 it would be nice to have some kind of interceptor for STOMP messages to inspect and apply security rules / modification to client messages before they are sent to the broker.
