Missing RmiInvocationWrapperRTD.xml (build problem?) [SPR-10649]

Up to spring 3.1.x, there was a file org/springframework/remoting/rmi/RmiInvocationWrapperRTD.xml which allows to declare to weblogic that RMI skeleteons are clusterable.

With the 3.2.x branch (up to 3.2.3), the file is no longer in spring-context.jar as it used to be in 3.1.1.

It's also absent from the spring-context-sources.jar that one can find in maven central, but it seems to be still present in the git repo sources on branch 3.2.x : https://github.com/SpringSource/spring-framework/blob/3.2.x/spring-context/src/main/java/org/springframework/remoting/rmi/RmiInvocationWrapperRTD.xml

A regression in the build ?
