Community Download site mentioned in the docs doesn't work [SPR-10171]

In the PDF documentation Page 8, it refers to downloading the dependent jars from the community download site. The URL provided is, http://www.springsource.org/downloads/community. This URL when hit reports "Page not found".

This URL is either still broken or broken again. It is also referenced as SpringSource Community Download for Spring Batch Admin and it redirects to a landing page that does not mention anything about downloading Spring Batch Admin.
