ResponseStatus.reason() ignored for @ExceptionHandler methods [SPR-7259]

AnnotationMethodHandlerExceptionResolver#getModelAndView(...) only takes ResponseStatus#value() into consideration and ignores ResponseStatus#reason(). It should act like ResponseStatusExceptionResolver#resolveResponseStatus(...) and check if a reason is provided as well.
