Extend HttpMessage interface to expose requestURL [SPR-7211]

In many cases it is advantageous to know where the Http Request was made (debugging, tracking, etc).
When using RestTemplate and coding against an HttpMessage interface, and its sub-interfaces, it would be nice to know what the request URL was.

Uses would include:

• Debugging
• Monitoring
• Caching

public java.net.URL getRequestUrl();

I've added getURI() to both ClientHttpRequest and ServerHttpRequest

Arjen, what about the *Response objects? Its just as useful to know what request a response came for, as to know where the request is going to.
