SimpleJdbcCall.returningResultSet() should accept RowMapper instead of ParameterizedRowMapper [SPR-6963]

One particular reason is that org.springframework.jdbc.core.ColumnMapRowMapper implements org.springframework.jdbc.core.RowMapper<Map<String, Object>> and cannot be directly passed as a RowMapper to returningResultSet() method.
