Add namespace support for "phase" on JMS listener-container [SPR-6460]

This will pass through to the container's setPhase() method. The value there is used to determine ordering in the startup and shutdown process according to the logic within DefaultLifecycleProcessor.

This should be available for both the "listener-container" and "jca-listener-container" elements.

The "phase" attribute can now be provided on both the <listener-container/> and <jca-listener-container/> elements.
