API docs advertise JPA methods that never materialized [SPR-6160]

Several classes in org.springframework.orm.jpa advertise "concrete operations will be added in the Spring 2.5" Well, that never happened.

• EntityManagerFactoryPlusOperations
• EntityManagerPlusOperations

Unless you have specific plans, I would simply say "...will be added in future releases" or abolish it altogether.
