Support for @IfProfileValue is inconsistent across the JUnit 3.8 and JUnit 4.x implementations with regard to class-level overrides. Specifically, the implementation in SpringJUnit4ClassRunner is correct; however, the implementation in AbstractJUnit38SpringContextTests is incorrect due to bugs in the logic in ProfileValueUtils.
