Remove Lombok dependency 

Once all Spring Data modules have delomboked their (test) source code, then the _Lombok_ [dependency declaration](https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-data-build/blob/main/parent/pom.xml#L983-L989) and [version property](https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-data-build/blob/main/parent/pom.xml#L122) should be removed.
