Remove deprecated use of Compile to work with Gradle 2.0+ #1066

When there are parent contexts we already had a strategy for registering the actuator endpoints, but not the regular JMX or Integration MBeans. This chnage makes the autoconfigs for JMX aware of the parent context. Also adds a sample with a parent context. See spring-projectsgh-847

The class Compile was deprecated and will be removed in Gradle 2.0 (it is already removed in the release canidate). Instead we should use JavaCompile.

Can't use 1.1 releases (1.1.0.RELEASE and 1.1.1.RELEASE) on gradle 2.0-rc-1. However, 1.0.2.RELEASE is still working on it. I can't wait for commit 05df8e0 with following exception |
