Remove redundant dependency management for JNA

We originally added dependency management for JNA's modules to prevent problems with Elasticsearch. That's no longer necessary as Elasticsearch has changed the way in which they depend upon JNA. We should remove our dependency management as there's no longer a need for Boot to express an opinion about the version that's used.
