Make "Containers and Exploded Archives" section more visible #18818
Description
As a follow up of #18477, I have an improvement proposal to make for Boot 2.2.1. The very useful "Containers and Exploded Archives" section is currently "hidden" in Appendix E and "Deploying Spring Boot Applications" section seems very PaaS oriented.
My proposal is to move "Appendix E > Containers and Exploded Archives" section to a new "Deploying Spring Boot Applications -> Deploying to containers" or "Deploying Spring Boot Applications -> Deploying to the Cloud -> Containers" one.
This will make it more visible for developers that deploy to containers.
