Tolerate Flyway 5.x while retaining support for Flyway 6

When support for flyway 6 was introduced flyway 5.2.4 stopped working. I tracked it down to this commit 0e2a131 where the configuration properties tablespace and oracleSqlplusWarn were added. We are in a situation where we can't upgrade to Flyway 6 since it only supports MySQL version 5.7 and above.

Interesting. We weren't aware of any reasons preventing people from upgrading to 6. Thanks for letting us know. We'll have to see how onerous it will be to support 5.x and 6 at the same time.

I tried to upgrade to flyway 6 but it won't run if it detects a version of MySQL server lower than 5.7. Apparently support for older database versions has been moved to the enterprise version https://flywaydb.org/documentation/database/mysql. It also affects users of older versions of all other database vendors as well.
