Fix unresolved includes in Gradle Plugin's reference documentation #16968
Description
The includes of Groovy and Kotlin DSL configuration snippets in the Gradle Plugin's reference documentation are all unresolved. They're fine in 2.2.0.M1 but broken in 2.2.0.M2, perhaps as an unwanted side-effect of #16327.
