Enable git remote linking automatically on CF

Appsman will provide links to the git repo if the URL if the properties provide the info. It would be nice if users didn't need to configure this themselves.

The end goal is something similar to the health endpoint on CloudFoundry. Thanks to CloudFoundryHealthEndpointWebExtension, the Apps Manager-specific health endpoint always shows full health details. It's not quite as easy to show full Git info but only on the Apps Manager-specific info endpoint. The decision about the level of info to show is made by GitInfoContributor which contributes info to that shown by the info endpoint. This arrangement means that there's no easy way that I can think of for the CloudFoundry-specific info endpoint to show a different level of Git info from the main info endpoint.

@wilkinsona thanks for inputs. Then, should I try implementing it like it was done with Health endpoint, i.e. filter out 'main' info endpoint like it was done here with health endpoint and register new CloudFoundryInfoEndpointExtension instead?

@nkolosnjaji As @wilkinsona mentioned above, just providing a CloudFoundryInfoEndpointExtension would not be sufficient as the info comes from the GitInfoContributor . One way to do this would be to create a cloudfoundry specific GitInfoContributor. This would always return full git info and could then replace the main GitInfoContributor if that is present in the CloudFoundryInfoEndpointExtension.
