  • New FixedLengthBufferedReaderFactory introduced
  • Respective tests for FixedLengthBufferedReaderFactory added
  • Updated FlatFileItemReaderBuilderTests to test FixedLengthBufferedReaderFactory implementation

Fixes BATCH-1064 [ #1064 ]
