I added NewRelic middleware to automatically instrument endpoints
I added Open Policy Agent middleware to run Rego policies as middleware

I enabled using disableNameSuffixHash parameter in cli: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kustomize/issues/2868

ksniff

I added using Kubernetes contexts as parameter feature: https://github.com/eldadru/ksniff/issues/70
