Programming has become really bureaucratic and boring, hasn't it?

My goal is to try to make programming fun again. The kind of fun of the 1980's Creative Computing Magazine or the graphics mode in Q-Basic. Remember those days?

Alright, maybe you're too young. Let's say Geocities, DOOM mods and 2600 magazine, what about those?

Oh, I see. Alright, what about MySpace skins? Arduino? Lego Mindstorms? LOGO on an Apple ][? TI-82 Basic? Any of this?

So is it time for fun to die?

No! Fun is critical! It is the engine of our imagination!
