Remove support for `eventgen.conf`

eventgen.conf is not used anymore in Splunk's environment for testing, pytest-splunk-addon-data.conf should be used instead.

To migrate from eventgen.conf to pytest-splunk-addon-data.conf, PSA v1.11.4 can be used.

Tasks to complete:

• update documentation
• update tests
• update EventgenParser
• remove UpdateEventgen which is used to generate pytest-splunk-addon-data.conf file from eventgen.conf and samples folder.

This is already available in https://pypi.org/project/pytest-splunk-addon/1.12.0b1/

There were only one add-on that still used eventgen.conf instead of using pytest-splunk-addon-data.conf. I have migrated that one, so there is no add-ons which I am aware of that are using eventgen.conf.
